You can email with any questions or concerns regarding your tenants or account.  You may also submit any documentation, e.g., rent change requests, direct deposit forms, change of ownership paperwork, to that email.  For Landlord Portal access please email

You can now email with any document submissions (scans only, pictures will not be accepted) or questions or concerns regarding your voucher.  Please make sure to include your name and phone number in the email.  

If you have submitted any documents, either by fax, mail, or in person, please call (321) 775-1592 to confirm receipt.  It is not necessary to ask your technician if they have received your documents.  For prompter service, please email with any questions.
